Anna Pavlou is a Sports Journalist for the Wide World of Sports digital and editorial team. The born and bred Melburnian joins the team from 1116 SEN, where she was previously their Morning Newsreader.

Before that, she was an Editorial Assistant at Cricket Australia. She graduated from her Bachelor of Media and Communications (Sports Journalism) course at La Trobe University in 2022.

She also interned with Carlton Football Club in 2022, as well at the St Kilda Football Club in 2019-2020. 'Pav' previously wrote for The Women's Game, The Footy Almanac, The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) and the Victorian Amateur Football Association.

Anna is a diehard Geelong Cats supporter, loves her cricket, is an avid grass-roots football supporter and is still hoping the Melbourne Stars win a Big Bash Championship one day!
